Because No Matter What, I WILL!
One of those nights… Where sleep is second to these breathtaking moments of perpetual beauty. It is that of Shannon, while she sleeps.
This joy, this responsibility and overwhelming innate instinct to love and protect her is indescribable. They truly do not have words for this, emotion, this force, this energy that drives me higher.
When I hiked up that mountain with her on me, all were in amazement and awe. What they don’t know is I would carry her up, down and around a thousand times over, swim with her on my back and jump with her on my shoulders.
I will fight in the lions den and take on any Goliaths. I will jump through hoops of fire and dive off cliffs. Whenever it comes to her… I WILL
I WILL be that pillar of strength withstanding all that is unfavorable throughout her life’s journey
I WILL be her comfort and compassion when she grows tired and in need.
I WILL be her example of unconditional love and motivation.
I WILL be all that God has set forth for me to be for her; continuously growing under His word…
And with Him as our Governor, head of our Household, this status doesn’t even state a minute portion of all that I WILL BE FOR HER.
Because you better believe, no matter what… I WILL!!
